We carefully inspect and securely package every order before dispatch. Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 10,000, while standard delivery charges apply to orders below this amount and are shown at checkout.
Orders across Pakistan generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days after processing and dispatch. Delivery may vary due to product availability, courier schedules, holidays, weather or circumstances beyond our control.
During Eid, Ramadan, wedding seasons and other festive periods, minor delays may occur due to increased demand and courier traffic. We recommend ordering in advance during these busy periods.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly with your order details and any requested photographs. Eligible items may qualify for an exchange under our terms and conditions. Please keep the original packaging where possible while your claim is reviewed.
